Where is Ammare Trani?
At Via Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo 47, Trani (BT), Puglia, on the Colonna peninsula, looking across to the town and the seafront as far as the Cathedral, next to the monastery. Trani station is 2 km away, the A14 Trani exit about 7 km, Bari airport 40 km.
How much is a room?
Rooms start from 120 € a night for two. In high season (Christmas, Easter, June, July and August) the price is €200 a night with a 3-night minimum stay. Each extra guest aged 3 and over is €30 a night. Breakfast is extra.
Is breakfast included?
No, you can add it when you book or later: it costs 15 € per person per night. It is sweet and savoury, from a short supply chain, served from 7:30 to 9:00 in your room, on the sea-view terrace or in the breakfast room.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 12:00 to midnight, check-out by 10:00. Self check-in is available: we send instructions and codes the day before arrival.
How many people can stay in a room?
Rooms 1, 3 and 4 (Levante, Maestrale and Ponente) sleep up to 4, room 2 (Scirocco) up to 2. The villa sleeps 14 in all.
Is there parking?
Yes, at the villa for €10 a night. Or on the street, in the monastery square: free from October to May, €4 a day in summer.
Can you reach the sea directly from the villa?
Yes: the villa has direct sea access through a private gate and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Within a three-minute walk there are three different beaches: sand, pebbles and rocks. Every room has a sea view.
Are pets and children welcome?
Small pets are welcome for €10 a night. Children under 3 stay free and sleep in a travel cot (one at the villa, subject to availability); from age 3 they count as guests.
How do cancellation and payment work?
You pay nothing when you send the request: we confirm availability within 48 hours. The stay is paid by bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before; after that the stay is non-refundable.
How much is the tourist tax in Trani?
€1.50 per person per night, for up to 6 consecutive nights, paid at the property. Children under 16 and the other categories set by the Trani municipal regulation are exempt.
